Ava- Owner/Hair stylist

” I’ve always been passionate about all things in the beauty world, but styling has always been one of my top loves. I've been styling hair long before my career, but I started my education at Aveda institute of arts for cosmetology and, I’ve been working behind the chair since 2018, and now own my own salon suite.

I specialize in many types of styles, but boho, and textured styles are my favorites. I also specialize in hair extensions.

I am big on consultations and creating the best style for YOU.

Weddings hold such a special place in my heart. It is such a gift to be able to do something I’m so passionate about, while being apart of so many people’s special day!

When not at work you can find me at the lake, reading, and spending time with my 2 year old daughter and our family. ”

Lilli has been a passionate professional in the beauty industry for 10+ years. She began her journey in 2013, enrolling in beauty school, and spent six years in nail care. For the past four years, Lilli has focused on makeup artistry, combining her love for creativity and beauty. “When I’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband of 15 years, our two cats, and our dog. I’m passionate about the outdoors, exploring museums, picnicking, and shopping. Country music and action movies are my go-to escapes, adding balance and excitement to my life.”

"Hi!! I'm Maddi. I've been in love with doing hair since I was a little girl. I was always the designated friend to do everyone's hair for events as a kid. I graduated cosmetology school in 2018 and have been doing weddings and styling hair ever since. Connecting with people, and making them feel beautiful is what fuels my soul. Everyone deserves to feel and look their best on their wedding, and it's a honor to be apart of that. When I'm not behind the chair, I love spending time with my family. My husband of 6 years, and our two spicy redheaded girls who keep life fun and busy. Being a mom is what consumes most of my time, but l'll never say no to shopping, dinner with friends, or a yummy new coffee shop!"

As a naturally introverted person who’s drawn to calm, cozy spaces, doing hair has become my way of stepping outside my shell while staying connected to creativity and meaningful human connection. Behind the chair I’ve created a space that feels relaxed, nurturing, and genuinely restorative.

After earning my Associate in Arts degree, I followed my passion into the beauty industry at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. I began my career immersed in an intensive training program - and from there, assisted master stylists and colorists which helped shape my approach to hair artistry. That advanced education, paired with my attentive and intuitive nature, allows me to truly understand and care for each client’s unique needs.

With nearly two decades of experience in creative hair design, including 8 years of professional experience behind the chair - I specialize in bridal styling, luxury blowouts, and hand-painted custom colors. However, at the heart of my profession is the desire to help you fall in love with yourself again. Whether it’s feeling confident for your work meeting, a mom’s night out, or the day you marry your best friend. I love building connections into memories, and leave people feeling beautiful and truly cared for.

My other loves: I am a wife, full time mom and a big time crime junkie! When I’m not behind the chair you’ll find me organizing closets for fun, playing tea party with my two-year-old daughter, or catching up on the latest
true crime docu-series or podcast.”
